Process automation with programmable controlers

To solve control requests on different processes, we often use programmable logic contollers (PLC) from our own production or different world recognized manufacturer like:
- Siemens
- OMRON
- Koyo
- Allen Bradley
- Woodward

We are programming systems for plant or equipment monitoring and control as well as data aquisition and analysis - SCADA (eng. Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition).

Some of our solutions are:

Cement factory ICI Pula –diesel generator set automatics is made with Siemens PLC S7-300, panel display of alarms and generator set parameters, protection devices and battery voltage sensor ADA14 of our company. Functions of automatics are stand-by work, parallel work with network, work at advised alarm.

Medicament factory Pliva Zagreb -diesel generator set automatics is made with Siemens PLC S7-300, Siemens OP3 panel display of alarms and diesel generator set parameters and Leonhard MFR2 protection devices. Functions of automatics are stand-by work, parallel work of diesel generator sets.

Medical Center Celje -diesel generator set automatics is made with Omron PLC CQM1. Functions of automatics are stand-by work, parallel work of diesel generator sets. Display of plant machinery status and alarms is possible on personal computer which is connected with PLC trough communication cable.

Croatian Radio Television –with PLC is made automation of power system substation, network supervision, two agreggates from low to high voltage synchronization and parallel work of aggregates

Shipyard Viktor Lenac –automation of two container set aggregate is made. Aggregates recive order trough central system for parallel work with network in favour to settle the peak power.

Little hydro-plant Roški Slap –with PLC is made supervision, control and protection of two generator sets and remote supervision of whole system trough SCADA.

Odašiljači i veze –generator sets automatics is made on transmitters Brač, Promina, Sljeme, Borinci. Functions of automatics are stand-by work and short parallel work. Remote acess is possible trough web page.

Floating crane Divić –system which consists from programmable controller and sensors enables verification and control of allowed cargo in dependance of crane jib length, crane branch slope and ship slope. Data is transfered from crane branch to command bride trpugh PC panel. Data archiving and printing is also possible.

Uljanik –ventilator control and protection on car transport ships, on which minimum of ventilation always exsists because of steam perspiration. Along with PLC, on bridge is mounted touch-panel for control.

Ansaldo Sistemi Industriali -regulation of reactive and active power distribution of 6 MW generator is made with Allen Bradley PLC.

Anamaria A platform started working

The Italian oil company Eni and the Croatian INA, through INAgip mixed company, began producing gas from six wells Annamaria A platform, located in the Croatian Adriatic waters between Pula and Ravenna, announced company Eni.

Anamaria A platform under the company INAgip, which is 50 percent owned by the INA and the Italian company Eni, began pumping natural gas on six sites. The current capacity is 0.8 million cubic meters of gas a day, and once the full facility will produce 1.6 million cubic meters of natural gas. Commissioning of new extraction and the amount of gas will help Italy and Croatia, which most of its energy needs satisfy from the import.

On the platform Anamaria A there is enclosure made by company UTE which controls gas generating sets that serves as main power supply of platform.

- excitation and protection closet of rotation frequency converter system
